Girls School Pocket Page

Hello everyone! I know it has been a long time. I have had drafts in my blog for the whole length of time, school is just really busy right now! This is my last semester though!!

This layout goes with my other Africa pages. I made an album with both 12x12 and pocket pages.

I use a lot of Sn@p products on this page. I tried to keep everything consistent through the album so it would flow nicely together. However I also wanted to stay away from the primary colours of the Sn@p collections.  That presented a challenge for me.

I believe this is a Heidi Swapp color magic tag that resists spray inks, or inks in general. I can't tell you what I used to colour it in with though. I really don't remember.  It might be a Studio Calico spray ink colour.

You can see here how I tried to bridge the gap with some washi tape and stamping to marry the two colour schemes together.

Thanks for coming to visit. Have a scrappy day!

Christmas Rocket

Hello again!
Today I have another Christmas layout I made last year. It's of my mom's dog when he got his Christmas present from my dog. He just loved it!

I used Simple Stories Handmade Holiday for this layout. I added some kraft coloured washi tape to the layout as well.
The tag is from studio calico.
The mist is Heidi Swapp colour shine in gold and maybe some white paint, I can't remember what the other colour on there is.

Enjoy and happy scrapping!

Smile kitty

Another really cute and simple layout for today. This one of my cat Peaches.

All of my paper came from Heidi Swapp. The alphas are glitter thickers, they are my favourite and I am almost out of them!
I cut the remember arrow with my silhouette, it is number 37684 it is called chevron arrows and it's by Lorri Whitlock. It's a great set!

Enjoy and thanks for stopping by!

Baptism 5

Hi everyone!
Today's layout I made a really long time ago and I don't quite remember where I got all the supplies from. If you have any questions about a particular item I will do some looking into it for you!

I do know that the butterfly paper is Hedi Swapp color magic paper and it's the purple spray that I used on it. Those crad looking embellishments are from Close to my Heart. They aren't actually brads, they are flat backed.

Anyway, it's a different colour combination. Something a little different. It looks like it's showing up more pink in the picture, it is really more purple.

Thanks for visiting!

Yard Games

Hi friends!

Today's layout is from Zambia again! (I have a lot of pictures to get scrapped!)

This layout came together pretty quickly. I have been really loving my Miss Caroline border stamps lately, they just look great on layouts.
This layout is actually based on a sketch that I drew up myself for a series that I am hopefully going to be able to do soon. I am still working on layout for the sketches. So stay tuned for that!

In the meantime, this layout uses Stampin Up designer series paper. I don't think this paper is available anymore because I got it on clearance a while ago. If you do happen to have it, I believe it's from the Kitchen themed packet.
There are enamel dots, butterflies, stamping, washi tape, definitely my kind of layout!

The layout was designed to be simple, but you could easily make it more advance if you choose to!

Thanks for coming by!

Canadian Friends

Hello there friends!

Today I have a layout which I made using various lines. I believe the background is crate paper from the pier collection. The grey swirl paper is from a past studio calico kit. The blue polka dot paper is from sn@p I believe. The "washi" tape is basic grey from a studio calico kit.

I used thickers a die cut from silhouette studio. Heidi Swapp hearts and butterflies. Doodlebug border strips and some wood veneer pieces also from studio calico.

That's all for today! Thanks for coming by!
