Process Video: One of the Family

Hi everyone! This post has a process video attached to it! Exciting.
I have taken photos of this layout, now this is not one of my favourite layouts, but I am thinking of using is as a title or introduction page to Chloe in my album.

Here are some photos, well a lot of photos, of my layout.

Enjoy the video and I hope that this helps you to use some of those amazing large titles in the Silhouette Store!

Happy Scrapping.

Sweet Baby

Hello!!

This layout I literally just threw together using some scraps of a kit collection that I got a while ago. The paper is My Mind's Eye Lost and Found two. I used my leftover element stickers with it as well.
For some colour contrast I added some red, purple and teal.

I didn't use any cricut cuts, I did use my Martha Stewart butterfly punch though. And some punched flowers that I had lying around. The brad is from a different My Mind's Eye collections, I am not sure which one. I wanted it to add some colour into the layout because when I first thought I was done there was a whole lot of yellow on the page.

Enjoy!

Sleepy Kitten

Hello.

Today I have an even simpler layout to share with you! It took me all of 20 minutes to complete! I was trying to do one of the challenges in my book that I have and it was to make a layout in 30 minutes, but mine came together in 20!

There isn't a lot to explain on this layout. I wanted the font to show through in the pattern paper so I left a lot of white space so it could be read.

Have fun crafting!

Sweet Girl

Hello!

I made part of this layout a while ago. I had the pink on the black for some time and never finished it. The pink is cut out using elegant edges. I was playing around with it one day and made this and then just left it for a long time.

I decided that i was going to put pictures of my kitten on it from when we first got her. She is only 6 weeks old in these pictures and sooo cute! She is much bigger now too.

I used some scraps to bring in some colour from the photos. I also used my new ek success layer punch in the butterfly shape. I still haven't gotten it to work properly, but I am trying.

This layout is pretty simple, other than the circut cut piece, but you could use something else to achieve the same look.

It's a good example of finishing something that you started a long time ago!

Happy creating!
