This post has a tonne of pictures in it!
I think I will just let the pictures speak for themselves and keep this post short.

I used a lot of stuff from Carta Bella, Crate Paper and Studio Calico.

This is a die cut from the Silhouette Store. I layered it on the chipboard frame.  I really like how this turned out.

I got a new border punch so I wanted to use it!

Thanks for visiting!

Summer Swim

Hello everyone!
I promised that  I would have more non-pocketed pages coming and I kept that promise!
This is a layout of my dog swimming with his best friend, Rocket, who is my parents' dog.  The two of them get along so well together. We just love taking him there to see his big friend.

I used a lot of bright colours for this layout because it was taken last summer.
I used the simple stories i heart summer collection for almost everything on this page.  There are a few added things that weren't from that collection.
Like the baker's twine and the letter thickers.  I think that the camera is from a different simple stories collection.

Alfie's Hat

Hello everyone!
I have a layout today that I made a long time ago and am just now posting. I know I am a bad blogger at times. I really neglect my blog posting.  I have come up with a schedule so hopefully now this won't happen as often (having big gaps between postings).

This layout is about my dog. I love him death, he is truly my baby. I don't have children so my dog (and cats) are my babies.

I'm not even sure what papers I used for this layout as it was so long ago. I do really like them though!

The chipboard pieces are from CTMH.  The banners were made with a Stampin' Up punch.  The photo mat was made using a background stamp.  I think it's from Hero Arts, but I received it in a giveaway so I am not sure.

Thanks for visiting!
Have a scrappy day!

Happy Puppy Layout

Hello again!
Here is a super simple layout made only with scraps of paper. I believe I used a lot of the Pier collection from Crate Paper.  I also used a bunch of stuff that I had in my scrap bin that went with these colours.

The frame was cut from the Silhouette Studio and you can find it in the store.  This was such an easy layout to put together and very different from a lot of layouts I make.

Thanks for coming by.

Beach Dog Process Video

Here is another process video. One day I will figure out how to make the quality better. I am not sure if I just don't have something selected properly when I upload to YouTube or what, but I will get there. (I think I have it figured out) I have a bunch of videos filmed that I am experimenting with. I think I am going to make them shorter though because it's easier to edit and upload.

I used a variety of products for this spread. I am trying to get out some old things and use them up, but I think this layout was made using mostly newer products that I have bought recently. The travel cards come from a travel mini kit from Project Life. I got mine at Michaels so I don't know if that is something they are only carrying or if it's something that other stores are too. I checked two peas and I didn't see anything like I bought at Michaels. It's a pack of 40 cards I think.

For two of the 4x6 pockets, I used two 3x4 sized cards, I explain more in my video how I did that. It's not complicated or difficult though.
The pink/orange paper is from the Hello Again collection from Carta Bella

These chipboard letters are from a Bo Bunny sheet the Happy Tails collection. I didn't get anything else from this collection because I don't normally use themed paper, just stickers sometimes or cuts from my Silhouette. That being said this collection is super cute! I might get the 6x6 pad or something else from it. Mainly because I don't normally scrap with the colours that are in this collection and don't really have much to go with the stickers.

I think that's all for now. Please check out the video and I will be back soon with something new!

Summer Beach

 Hello again!
Since it is so windy and cold out, I thought I would get a post up from our summer vacation we took this year.
We went to a cottage that my friend's parents let us use for a week. Before going there though we spent the weekend with my parents and their dog. They took us to two different dog beaches where dogs can run around off leash and play in the water.
Our dog didn't really like the water as it was very wavy that day and he is short, but he loved playing in the sand!
These pictures are from a break time where the dogs had something to eat. My dog (the little one) was eating the kibble that Rocket was dropping on the sand. Alfie refused to eat the kibble out of the dish.

For products on this layout I mainly used Simple Stories I (heart) Summer collection. I didn't have a lot of the papers, but I did have the sticker sheet. So I chose colours that would match the stickers. I think I only had that one piece of paper with diagonal colour blocks on it.
I believe the darker blue paper is from the Maggie Holmes collection for Crate Paper. The yellow paper is just a piece of cardstock that was the same colour as in the patterned paper from Simple Stories.

The two die cuts on the page are from the Silhouette Store. Summer card is #44251 on the store and the beach card is #44253 both are from Sweet Elsie.

I hope this post can warm you up if you are somewhere it is really cold! Thanks for reading!
