Hello!
I am back today with another pocket page! Sorry that there are so many of them. I promise that there are non-pocket pages coming up soon.
This is another page from my Africa album. Looking at the photo now I see that there are two pictures on this page that don't match the others, I will have to go check that out.
I used a design A page. I also used cards from the 5th and frolic core kit. There is some Sn@p stuff on here. I used some washi tape to tie in the orange found in the photos.
Thanks for stopping by!
Have a scrappy day!
Happy Birthday
Hi everyone.
So this is one of those layouts that you try and you just don't like what it looks like when it's done. I tried something new and I don't like how it turned out. I think maybe if I used a different colour for the cardstock I might have different feelings about it.
I used a roller stamp set from American Crafts. Then stamped the number 1 all over because it was his first birthday.
Thanks for stopping by!
Photo Favourites Pocket Page
Hello everyone!
I am back with another pocketed page today! I am done my album, I think, and I am just trying to get all the pages posted on my blog now!
My album should really be two albums so that tells you how many pages I have to share! I will try and change them up with other pages here and there.
I had a lot of journalling and storytelling for this page so I tried to keep the embellishments simple. I was trying to let the writing stand out. I also had photos that I wanted to be displayed in way that was more prominent than the scrapbooking itself.
Although I do have all my photos in a photo album with writing beside each picture. These are my personal thoughts from my journal that I had brought with me.
The page is pretty simple and came together quickly. I can always remember what pages gave me trouble and this was not one of them!
Thanks for stopping by. Leave comments with any questions and I will try to answer them!

Awesome Journey Pocket Page
Hello again!
I have another design A style page to share today. This is from my trip again. I don't think I have actually made any pocket pages that weren't from my trip. I will have to look into that though!
For this page, I was trying to use up Studio Calico kits that I had in my stash still. I think most or all of this page came from that. I used a colour scheme that is completely outside of my comfort zone. Which is something that I have been trying to do more lately.
This page came together really quickly with only minor embellishment.
Thanks for reading!

here and now today
Here is a layout that I made of our trip to a wax museum. My husband had fun posing with all the characters there.
I used various supplies from my stash. I'm not even sure what they are all from anymore. I just pulled things out that I thought would work well.
Thanks for coming by!

Alfie's Hat
Hello everyone!
I have a layout today that I made a long time ago and am just now posting. I know I am a bad blogger at times. I really neglect my blog posting. I have come up with a schedule so hopefully now this won't happen as often (having big gaps between postings).
This layout is about my dog. I love him death, he is truly my baby. I don't have children so my dog (and cats) are my babies.
I'm not even sure what papers I used for this layout as it was so long ago. I do really like them though!
The chipboard pieces are from CTMH. The banners were made with a Stampin' Up punch. The photo mat was made using a background stamp. I think it's from Hero Arts, but I received it in a giveaway so I am not sure.
Thanks for visiting!

Dr Suess Quote Pocket Page
Hello everyone!
I am back with another pocketed page. This one is design A from Becky Higgins. I love this style of page and it makes getting all those vacation pictures in your album super easy!
I used some project life core kits for this layout, as well as some cards that I had leftover from Studio Calico kits and maybe some paper that I had cut down to the right size.
I also used stamps from Close to my Heart for the filler cards and just added some wood veneer pieces on to them for some dimension. The one quote is from Dr Seuss, which we actually used while we were in the school working with the girls. So it has double meaning for this page!
The tile stickers are also from CTMH, they are probably my very favourite letter stickers!

Dog Kiss
Hello!
I have a layout of my two favourite dogs! Alfie and Rocket really do love each other. I don't think Rocket was trying to kiss Alfie but that's what it ended up looking like in the photo.
I used Amy Tangerine paper for this layout. From a 12x12 pad and a paper pack I got at Michaels.
I also used some cut apart pieces from the 5th and frolic paper pad.
The label is cut from the Silhouette. The yellow border is a sticker that I got off a 12x12 sheet. Not sure which manufacturer. The letters are both Simple Stories from a collection sticker sheet.
The tab, bone and heart are all cut from the Silhouette. The bone is actually from a border cut.
Thanks for stopping by. If you have any questions just leave them in the comments and I will answer them the best I can!
Have a scrappy day!
Happy Puppy Layout
Hello again!
Here is a super simple layout made only with scraps of paper. I believe I used a lot of the Pier collection from Crate Paper. I also used a bunch of stuff that I had in my scrap bin that went with these colours.
The frame was cut from the Silhouette Studio and you can find it in the store. This was such an easy layout to put together and very different from a lot of layouts I make.
Thanks for coming by.

Girls School Pocket Page
Hello everyone! I know it has been a long time. I have had drafts in my blog for the whole length of time, school is just really busy right now! This is my last semester though!!
This layout goes with my other Africa pages. I made an album with both 12x12 and pocket pages.
I use a lot of Sn@p products on this page. I tried to keep everything consistent through the album so it would flow nicely together. However I also wanted to stay away from the primary colours of the Sn@p collections. That presented a challenge for me.
I believe this is a Heidi Swapp color magic tag that resists spray inks, or inks in general. I can't tell you what I used to colour it in with though. I really don't remember. It might be a Studio Calico spray ink colour.
You can see here how I tried to bridge the gap with some washi tape and stamping to marry the two colour schemes together.
Thanks for coming to visit. Have a scrappy day!
Hershey's store
Here is a layout I made of a trip to Niagara Falls with my husband and my Aunt. We had such a great day there!
I used product from My Mind's Eye to make this layout. As well as some grey thickers from American Crafts.
I used a small border stamp from a Studio Calico kit, it must be from about 2 years ago by now.
Thanks for watching/reading.
Have a scrappy day!
